Isaiah 40:8 – The grass withereth, the flower fadeth, but the word of our God shall stand forever.

John 1:1 – In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

1 Peter 1:23 – 23. Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the Word of God, which liveth and abideth forever.

Yunus 10:64 – There is good news in this world and in the Hereafter. No change can there be in the words of Allah. This is the supreme triumph.

Qaf 50:29 – My word cannot be changed...

Note: In Islamic history, there were two opposing views about this subject which Muslims had internal wars over. The Mu’tazelites said “No” to this question, and the Ash’arites said “Yes”. Most Muslims today would say “yes.”
