Are believers allowed to believe in one part of the Scripture while disbelieving in another part of Scripture?

2 Timothy 3:16 – All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.

Al-Baqarah 2:85 – Do you believe in one part of the Scripture and disbelieve in another?

Al-Baqarah 2:136 & 285 – 136. Say: "We believe in… that which was revealed to… Moses and Jesus and the (other) prophets by their Lord. 285. We make no distinction between any of them… believe in Allah… His Scriptures and His messengers.

Ali 'Imran 3:84 & 119 – 84. We make no distinction between any of them… 119. you believe in all the scripture.
