Al-Baqarah 2:48 – And guard yourselves against a day when no soul shall aid another, and no intercession or ransom, or any compensation shall be accepted from it.

Al-Haj 22:37 – (Note it well that) neither their flesh nor their blood shall reach Allah. But it is your piety (and veneration) that reaches Him.
