In order for a person to be able to enter into the Kingdom of God, is it first necessary to have a “spiritual rebirth” and be "born again"?

John 1:12-13 – 12. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the children of God, even to them that believe on his name; 13. Who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

John 3:3 – Jesus answered, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

2 Corinthians 5:17 – Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation; old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

1 Peter 1:23 – Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever.

Note: The Qur'an does not mention anything about the need for a spiritual rebirth or being “born again”.
