Does God’s “Holy Spirit” indwell believers and empower them with spiritual gifts?

John 20:21-22 – 21. Jesus… as my father hath sent me, even so send I you… 22. He breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Spirit.

Acts 1:8 – But ye shall receive power, after the Holy Spirit is come upon you.

1 Corinthians 12:1, 4-11 & 131 – 1. Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant... 7. The manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit... 13. For by one Spirit were we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jew or Greeks, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

Note: The Qur’an does not mention spiritual gifts nor the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
