In the Holy Books when the term “Son of God” is used, is it used in the sense of a physical son being born from out of a sexual union?

1 John 5:20 – And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true... This is the true God, and eternal life.

Al-An'am 6:101 – The Originator of the heavens and the earth! How can He have a child, when there is for Him no consort, when He created all things and is Aware of all things?

Al-Jinn 72:3 – And we believe that He...has taken neither wife nor son.
