Is it accepted that believing in Christ as Savior and Lord is the only means of obtaining eternal life?

Al-i Imran 3:19 & 85 – 19. The true religion in the sight of Allah is Islam. 85. He who seeks a religion other than Islam, it will not be accepted from him, and he will be a loser in the Hereafter.
