Does God want believers today to kill others of a different faith even if it goes against their own conscience?

Acts 24:16 – And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men.

1 Timothy 1:5 – Now the end of the commandment is love out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned.

Al-Baqarah 2:216 – Fighting is obligatory for you though it be disliked by you; but it may be that you hate a thing although it is good for you, and love a thing although it is bad for you.

Al-Anfal 8:17 – You (believers) slew them not, but Allah slew them. And you (Muhammad) did not throw when you threw, but Allah threw, that He might test the believers by a fair test from Him.
